EASILY INFLATE AND DEFLATE GYMNASTICS BALLS.

Insert the pump vertically into the ball, deeply into the value. When you press the pump, air goes into the ball. 
When you need to deinflate the ball, turn the valve (whilst inserted) and squeeze the ball to release air.
 
To protect the ball, Best to use the ball smoother on the needle on the pump.
 
DO NOT overinflate, as this stretches the rubber. 
DO NOT flatten for travel as this damages the surface paint.
 
Please note SASAKI Balls MUST only be pumped with Sasaki Ball Pump and Smoother
