This rope is great for training for example skipping and conditioning, it is also great for using in Rope routines, light and flexibile you can manipulate it for gymnastics movements, whilst having the correct weight for throwing and lassoo movements where you need the rope to swing and wrap around the body.
 
All ropes come in 3m lengths, you then know, cut and seal to the correct length for the gymnast - see our Apparatus page to learn how to do this correctly.
